Shipping policy

Professional & reliable logistics:
Our team has more than 9 years of trade import/export experience, and we have successfully exported to more than 85 countries worldwide.
Our packaging process is as follows: Following QC testing, each Rejuva Fresh machine is packed in a super durable air freight box made from metal & wood, with 15mm fireproof thick foam inside. The box has solid 1mm black fireproof exterior coating outside, and the center is 13mm solid wood. Only our company uses the extremely solid 13mm thick box (others use a 3 - 5mm thick box or only a paper box.)
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you provide a PO as your shipping address, your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund of the full amount you paid minus transaction fees (2.9%-7.9%). Please provide a physical shipping address such as a home or office address.
Free shipping to Australia:
If your shipping address is in the Australia, and you order on this website Rejuvafresh.ca, delivery is FREE, no minimums. If your shipping address is in another country, please visit our global website: rejuvafreshglobal.com, or our main USA website rejuvafresh.com
Which couriers are used for delivery to Australia?
We partner we various shipping couriers, including UPS, DHL or FedEx, and Australia Post.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and can track your order via our website. Or you can use the shipping carrier's website, as you prefer.
Will I need to pay customs duties?
The freight forwarding companies managed by Rejuva Fresh Australia handles all import clearance procedures for Australia buyers. Australia clients do not need to pay any customs duties for any equipment ordered.
Notice: Liquids and gels cannot be shipped together with your machine and will arrive separately. No exceptions. Also, only delivery of equipment is duty tax free. Delivery of liquids and gels to Australia may be subject to import taxes.

How long will it take to get my order?
Once you place an order, processing begins, and this usually takes 1-5 business days, if you have not requested logo customization. In some situations, such as a period when inventory replenishment is in process, processing times could be longer. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.
Transit time varies depending on different factors, including the specific product(s) you ordered as well as your specific location. If you want to know the approximate shipping time for a particular product, please contact us and let us know, and be sure to include your delivery location. Alternatively you may simply keep in mind the following conservative estimates:
Transit time to Australia is approximately 7-10 business days.
Machines that are made to order by our factory with logo or other customization will take approximately extra 3-20 business days, depending on the nature of customization.
Shipping Delays:
Rejuva Fresh Australia is not responsible in the event your package is not received within the time frames estimated above, because there can be unforeseen delays caused by third party couriers. Therefore, no refunds will be provided based on reasonable delays in shipping (reasonable is defined as maximum 45 calendar days from the date of order).
Of course we want you to be happy, so we try to exceed your expectations and deliver without delay. Thank you for your understanding.
Packages Lost in Transit or Missing Packages:
Rejuva Fresh is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, should such damage or loss occur during the shipping process handled by third party couriers. The courier is responsible.
Therefore, please understand that no automatic refunds will made in event that a package is lost, stolen during the shipping process. However, we will file a claim with the relevant courier, including submission of all required documentation, to recover any lost items. We guarantee that you will receive your order.
Damaged Packages:
If your item arrives damaged, you must report the damage to us within 7 calendar days of delivery (including photos of the product and of the packaging, as well as a complete initial unboxing video) to be eligible for a free replacement. Re-routed or Refused Packages:
Orders re-routed to a different delivery address by you will not be eligible for any refunds.
Please do not refuse any delivery unless advised by us to do so. In most cases, refused deliveries are destroyed. Orders for which delivery is refused by you on your own (for any reason, including your perception that their are apparent shipping damages) will receive a refund after the package has been returned to us, minus 40% to cover shipping and associated fees.
If your order is refused by the customs and cannot be delivered (this event is extremely uncommon), you are eligible for a free replacement at no extra cost, or a refund minus shipping costs (25% is deducted for shipping costs).
Please note that almost all packages of equipment we sent require a signature on delivery to ensure safe delivery. Please make sure you or someone responsible at your shipping address will be available to sign for your delivery, if required.
