Refund policy

All professional spa equipment purchased from Rejuva Fresh Australia comes with a Lifetime Warranty (18 months Warranty for parts),  as well as a 30 day change of mind return option.

Below is some information on how it the 30 day change of mind return option works:

Should you decide within 30 calendar days (of order date) that you changed your mind and don’t want your machine, you’re entitled to ship it back to us for an exchange or refund.

When you return you will be eligible for:

  • A refund (minus shipping & handling)

To be eligible for the 30 day change of mind return option, you must meet all of the following criteria:

- Machine must be unopened and unpacked, in the original packaging and must be completely new and unused in any way.

- Machines for which Rejuva Fresh School training has been completed are strictly non-returnable.

- Machines for which logo customization has been ordered and added are strictly non-returnable.

- Consumables, including gels, liquids and cartridges, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Machine must not be damaged (please see Warranty Policy for this situation)

- Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Return shipping arrangements and expense are the buyer’s responsibility.

- Original shipping & handling costs and inspection costs are not refundable, therefore 20% will be deducted from your refund to cover such costs.

- Return must be approved by customer support (do not under any circumstances send anything back to the address on your package).

- To initiate a return, please email hello@rejuvafresh-au.com, with your order # in the subject line.

Order Cancellations

We have a fast turnaround time to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.  As a general rule orders cannot be canceled if more than one hour has past.  Should an order be cancelled, the transaction fees (4.9%-7.9%) are non-refundable.  If your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund minus the transaction fees.
